breathable reflective outer liner. The outer liner is packed with
storage including our patented document chest pockets. We’ve also
included mic clips, and a detachable hood. The outer liner is ANSI III
rated and we use quality 3M™ Scotchlite™ tape. Our inner fleece liner
can be worn separately and includes our patented document chest
pockets and is wind resistant. Both the fleece liner and the outer
jacket have side zippers for ventilation and easy access to your duty
gear. The 3-in-1 Parka features our patented Back-up-Belt System™ for
safely and securely stowing critical gear.
