Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to any address in the United States and Canada, including APOs, FPOs and PO Boxes. Please check back in the coming months for updated shipping information. Shipping Methods Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. We use several shipping carriers including United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). These carriers are selected at our discretion. We will select options based on order weight and destination when you submit your order so that we can continue to provide the best possible price and delivery time. Orders shipped to APO, FPO and PO Boxes are automatically sent via USPS. No exceptions. We do not require a signature for UPS or USPS shipments.
Shipping Locations We use three shipping centers across the United States to maximize product availability and minimize the time it takes for you to receive the order. Your purchase of in-stock merchandise will be shipped within three business days, not including standard business holidays. Special orders and out-of-stock merchandise may require additional time prior to shipment. Haix and Thorogood boots move fast so there is a high likelihood that your order may be drop shipped from their warehouses. If this is the case, please allow for additional time to receive your order. If the shipment of your order is delayed, Code-2 will make every attempt to notify you via a CRM mail message. Standard Shipping & Handling Shipping charges are added to your order based on the total dollar amount of the merchandise you order. These charges include the cost of shipping your order via USPS or UPS. The shipping table shown below indicates the charges that will be applied to your order during the checkout process. We do not charge any handling fees.

Orders Damaged in Shipping If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged; then email Code-2 Customer Service at customerservice@code-2.com to inform us of the situation. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please email Customer Service to make arrangements to return the damaged order. Shipping Refunds Your original shipping charge will only be refunded for a product sent to you in error, a defective product, an order damaged in shipping or a product that fails under warranty. This refund will be credited once we receive and inspect the product. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated. Please see the Returns Policy for further details. If you believe you qualify and would like us to pay for return shipping, you must email us at customerservice@code-2.com before attempting to return the item. COD shipments will not be accepted.
