A top mount dual purpose bag which may be used as a trauma bag or an oxygen setup. The main compartment measures 10½"L x 7½"W x 8"H with a padded end pocket measuring 7½"W x 6"H x 3"L along with two side pockets and a pocket for two water bottles.  A HDSR polypropylene divider provides protection and adds body to the main compartment. When used for oxygen, the polypropylene shell stabilizes the oxygen "C" cylinder. The valve and regulator extends into the highly padded end pocket. The Bikers Trauma/O2 pack attaches to the rack with Velcro® straps and side release buckles. Made of 1000 denier Cordura® nylon, the bottom of the bag is nylon reinforced vinyl for easy cleaning, and has self repairing #10 YKK nylon zipper with a storm flap. PANNIER MOUNTING SYSTEM

All of R&B Fabrications, Inc. panniers have been redesigned to simplify and speed the installation and removal of our panniers.  We now use 2 inverted J hooks, which hang on the side rails of the rack and an elastic type bungee cord with an S hook to secure it to the bottom of the rack.  If a #1310 Trauma/O2 Pack is used, it must be removed first.  We recommend a heavy-duty rack, which mounts in the seat area and attaches to the frame in the axle area.  Our line of Bicycle Pannier has been designed by James Bowell of Troy Fire Department in Ohio.
