In the 1950's, Louis was joined by his sons Maurice and Charles and the

safety professionals. With early innovations such as the first hi-vis
raincoat, the first reversible raincoat, and the first nylon duty jacket
for law enforcement, Blauer was able to establish itself as the

today with Charles's children Michael, Stephen, Bill, and Sharyn
actively running the company with the goal of producing the most
