Our Mission
Code-2
was founded in 2006 by Fire, EMS and Hazmat professionals that felt they
were paying too much to the corporations and local public safety
companies for products that they needed to do the job safely and
effectively. With that in mind, Code-2 has evolved to provide an
alternative to the impersonal, high priced vendors that we were forced
to purchase items from in the past. Code-2 can provide your agency a
quote with accuracy, timeliness and a level of customer satisfaction
that you may have thought was a thing of the past. Customers are
welcome to stop into our retail store in Victor, NY Monday through Thursday. If you are in the Upstate New York area, stop in we'll have a
soda and talk shop with you. Try that at any other nationally based
public safety store.
Remember,
we understand the commitment it takes to ensure that services are
available when needed. Our company is a tribute to you, the
firefighters, medics, law enforcement and military personnel that
shouldn't have to settle for inferior products due to budget
constraints. We will always strive to provide pricing that is both fair
and competitive. Certain big name high priced marketing driven companies
have tried to leverage their purchasing power with our manufacturers to
mandate our pricing. Code-2 won't allow that to happen. Period.
At
Code-2, we won't sell you anything that we wouldn't use ourselves. Nor
will we charge more than we would expect to pay for the item ourselves.

Our Chief Executive Officer and President, Kelli H. Conner comes with a strong background in managing
customer service departments in the global marketplace. Using this
experience she has instilled in the people of CODE-2 the ethic that
customer service is an attitude not a department.
