Shipping Policy 2017

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to any address in the United States and Canada, including APOs, FPOs and PO Boxes. We do not ship to any international forwarding addresses.

Shipping Methods
Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method possible. We use several shipping carriers including United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipped to APO, FPO and PO Boxes are automatically sent via USPS. No exceptions. We do not require a signature for USPS shipments.

Shipping Locations
We use multiple shipping centers across the United States to maximize product availability and minimize the time it takes for you to receive the order. Your purchase of in-stock merchandise will be shipped within three business days, not including standard business holidays. Special orders and out-of-stock merchandise may require additional time prior to shipment. Haix boots, Jones and Bartlett textbooks move fast so there is a high likelihood that your order may be drop shipped from their warehouses. If this is the case, please allow for additional time to receive your order.

If the shipment of your order is delayed, CODE-2 will make every attempt to notify you via phone or by email.

Standard Shipping & Handling
Shipping charges are added to your order based on the total weight of the merchandise you order. These charges include the cost of shipping your order via USPS or UPS. We do not charge any handling fees.

Orders Damaged in Shipping
If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged; then email CODE-2 Customer Service at to inform us of the situation. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please email Customer Service to make arrangements to return the damaged order.

Shipping Refunds
Your original shipping charge will only be refunded for a product sent to you in error, a defective product or an order damaged in shipping. This refund will be credited once we receive and inspect the product. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated. Please see the Returns Policy for further details.

If you believe you qualify and would like us to pay for return shipping, you must email us at before attempting to return the item. COD shipments will not be accepted.

Return Policy 2017

All products being returned, (whether defective or otherwise) MUST HAVE an approved Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) issued by Customer Service prior to returning any product to our warehouse.

To Request an RMA #:
1. Please have the Invoice # or Purchase Order # available.
2. Please have the item # or the make and model of your product handy.
3. Please have the exact nature of the return ready.
4. Please note the quantity that needs to be returned.
5. Call Customer Service at 585.869.5170 and request an RMA
6. Please see RMA REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS for details on each type of return.

Once the RMA is granted:

1. All products (whether defective or otherwise) must be sent freight pre-paid.
2. Please use a shipping box with packing material to protect the product during the normal course of shipping.
3. Clearly write the Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) on the outside of the shipping box.

1. RMAs for items may be granted within 30-days from the date of the invoice.
2. If an RMA # is granted, the products being returned must be in sellable condition at the time of receipt at our warehouse. “Sellable Condition” is defined as:

a. Product must be intact. Inside and/or outside packaging must not be disturbed in any way.
b. There must not be any writing or stickers on the product or its box.
c. All tags must be on the items.
d. Product is not to be worn or used other than for sizing.
e. In summary, a product must be received in our warehouse in the same condition as you received it originally.

3. There will be a 15% restocking charge taken from the total amount of the credit issued.

Defective Product Returns:

1. CODE-2, LLC. warrants all items for exactly 30-days from the date of the invoice.
2. Credit will not be granted if problem is deemed customer error or user error and may be returned at customer’s expense.

3. In the case of defect, we'll pay the return shipping as well.


Clearance items, lightbar parts, hemmed pants and discontinued items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Exchanges on all non-sale merchandise are valid for 90 days after the purchase date; again the product must be in Sellable Condition.
